Hailing from Australia, Alex is one of City Club's (and America’s?!) newest recruits. A happy victim of Chief Niwot’s curse (if you sleep in the shadow of the Flatirons, you will always return), Alex has fallen in love with Boulder, Highland and the wonderful people who call it home.

Coming from a bustling public relations career in Sydney, Alex is now heading up IPREX, a member-based association which connects, improves and grows public relations agencies around the world. As of this month, Alex is also a lecturer at the University of Colorado, teaching how to write and strategically plan communications campaigns, while continuing her involvement in Wells Haslem Mayhew, a public relations and public affairs company she founded in 2012.

The slowing pace has been a welcome change. Alex considers herself lucky to be able to gaze out onto the mountains every day, ski in her free time, and explore this magical country while still pursuing her passion for PR.
