Charles is a husband and father, a fly fisherman, a former philosophy major and an avid reader. 

Passionate about the uniqueness of individuals and striving to help people connect with the work they are made for, Charles loves serving others by building his primary company, Agile Partnering, a back office service and cash funding provider for staffing firms. In addition, he has an on the side project; a software startup called Matchstik.
