City Club members since January 2018, Kapta team's Alex, Ben and Lesley are often spotted drinking tea and working on the 3rd floor, or in the gardens during the warmer months.

Lesley Poladsky is a Colorado native without the bumper sticker on her car flouting it. Lesley is a student of life and human nature with a passion for coaching people to get out of their own way to reach their full potential. Married to Robert, her high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband-of-13-years, they practice what she preaches. Her love of the outdoors, hiking, photography and travel have taken Leslie and her husband to many exotic places in their RV during an 8-month adventure with their two dogs.

Alex Raymond was born in Charleston, West Virginia which he escaped at age two and grew up in Geneva, Switzerland. Alex has been moving around since then to live in England, France, Singapore, Hong Kong and China, in addition to visiting 45 countries (soon to be 46 after a trip to Sri Lanka later this month) using his two passports. Alex and his wife Laura have lived in Boulder since 2011. Alex loves attending Burning Man (seven times and counting).

Ben Blasko is easy to recognize since he is probably the tallest City Club member and electrical engineer Penn State graduate. Ben worked for NASA before joining the scrum of software makers during the first dot com boom. His passion for adventure and his wife Melissa took him to Cape Town for nine years before arriving to the foothills of Boulder five years ago. Ben is the classic engineer who can literally build anything he puts his mind to.
