ACH PAYMENTS

 
 

Step 1: In the Home Screen of the Mobile App > Click on the 4 tiles at bottom right (four small squares that make up one bigger square) > Go to Payment Methods > Complete the following steps below:

1. Click Add Payment Method

2. Add your Bank Account #

3. Add your Routing Number

4. Enter the Name Associated

5. Business or Personal Account

Important Note: You must allow for 24 hours after you input your bank account details, but must not exceed 72 hours - otherwise the process expires and you will need to start over by removing your bank account connection and re-entering it from the start.

Step 2: 24 hours after you’ve entered your bank account information, open your phone and navigate to the City Club Mobile App. In the Home Screen of the Mobile App > Click on the 4 tiles at bottom right (four small squares that make up one bigger square) > Go to Payment Methods > Complete the following steps below:

1 Click on Validate your Account or Card

2 Enter the deposit amounts exactly

3 Click Validate at the bottom

Important Note: The verification Deposits must be entered exactly as they appeared on your bank statement (Example: $0.17 and $0.29). The two deposit amounts on your account will be different. They must be entered in the format of 0.17 and 0.29 and should not include dollar signs or any additional punctuation.
