ESTIMATED SETUP TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTES:
Ezeep is a cloud-based application that helps Members and Employees print to any printer here at the Club through the WiFi. There is a short initial setup required to get you started, but once that is complete you will be able to print with ease. Please follow the instructions below to conclude your initial setup:
1: You should have already received an email invitation from “ezeep-Team” sent to the email address associated with your City Club account. Please refer to that email and follow the link to “SET PASSWORD”.
2. You will now be brought to a web page with a single field prompting you to create your password. Please enter a password to finalize your account.
3. After entering your Password, you will be brought to the Dashboard. In the left-hand menu there is a section called “Apps”; please click this menu item.
4. Please select your operating system from the list of options (Mac, Windows, IOS, or Android) to download the App.
5. Once you have downloaded the App for your operating system, open the application, and sign in with the email and password that you referenced when creating your account.
6. You are all set! Now when you print, you will notice that there are two options for printing on site. They are [e] First Floor and [e] Third Floor. Please use either of these printers, but note that the First Floor printer is closed for access outside of regular business hours.
*Important System Note: Occasionally your ‘Ezeep’ app may automatically log you out or refuse to properly connect. If this is the case, you may try to print something and find that nothing happens. To fix this, please try quitting the application and re-logging in using your email and password. If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
