Karina Costa

Karina Costa is the co-Founder and President of Lynq Technologies. Lynq is a NY-based startup connecting people who protect our lives through its instant-on, scalable, and secure networks used by first responders, government agencies, and enterprises for whom reliable communications are critical. Karina has been a successful entrepreneur and leader in innovation for a decade.

Before Lynq, Karina worked at Techstars where she architected and ran the Techstars Anywhere Accelerator, and prior to that, she managed a global pre-accelerator at Techstars operating in 42 different countries. Prior to Techstars, Karina founded and invested in multiple startups in the technology industry in her hometown of Lisbon, Portugal. Karina founded her first tech company at the age of 22 and throughout her career has lived in four different continents and worked or invested in over 100 startups. When not working, you'll find her skiing, geeking on space exploration, and being an advocate for gender equality.
