Rett Kearbey

Rett grew up in Mississippi and Alabama, and has been a Colorado resident for over 15 years. He has spent most of his career building sales teams or leading growth for a wide range of businesses, from early-stage venture-backed startups to Fortune 50 companies.

In 2021, Rett founded Sholder, an Uber-like platform providing radically affordable, one-to-one emotional support as an employee benefit for low/mid-wage workers. Compassionate elders are trained and qualified as Spaceholders™ (aka "Sholders"), allowing them to earn a side income while delivering non-clinical video & audio sessions on the platform.

Rett is a classically trained singer who is always on the hunt for new karaoke locations and duet partners.
