Sakar builds systems that make work more intelligent, coordinated, and human. Leading an accounting firm shaped by his background in engineering, global development, and technology, he connects skilled local professionals with distributed teams and practical tools. This follows a decade spent founding and running a science education company in the developing world. He thrives in early-stage complexity, where structure is still taking shape.

Sakar prefers to learn by doing. To understand the accounting industry from the inside out, he studied for the CPA exam and apprenticed under a working accountant. In applying AI to his firm, he starts with real processes, then layers in automation. It’s never just about the tool, but how it’s used, and by whom.

In collaboration with his sister, a historian, Sakar is exploring how everyday objects like the cardboard box or closet reveal broader cultural stories. He’s drawn to the narratives that hide in plain sight, understood through the shape of a process, the rhythm of a tool, or the quiet evolution of how things come to be used and understood. Sakar also experiments with brewing traditional millet-based drinks from the Himalayas, and embraces all that Boulder has to offer, from walks in nature to uncovering the local dance scene.
