Stewart Ward
Stewart grew up in Miami in the 80's and adopted the island spirit by wearing white linen suits and powder blue shirts everywhere he goes. By the end of boarding school in New England, Stewart had enough of Northeast weather, and with some luck ended up at University of Colorado in Boulder.
Stewart loves Colorado and lived in ski towns after college before starting his tech career in Tokyo at UBS Securities. He had a good run at UBS and in Silicon Valley startups, enabling him to have a mid-life retirement in which he explored spiritually and found his next calling in real estate back in Boulder.
Stewart is a bit ski-crazed and loves art, scuba diving, hiking, biking and live music. Stewart seeks creativity in all things and giving back is important to him, so he gives time and money to his favorite nonprofits and serves on the board of Growing Gardens. Being a real estate agent gives him the flexibility to travel and take occasional days off during the week; when not at City Club, Stewart can be found at fine downtown restaurants and Rosetta Hall.
