We’re hiring a Facilities Manager — but to be clear, this is a hands-on, get-it-done role. You’ll be the primary owner of our facilities department, functioning as a team of one (for now), with plans to expand over time. If you’re the kind of person who likes to move fast, stay organized, fix problems before they become problems, and take pride in keeping a beautiful space operating at a high standard, this might be the perfect position for you.
Highland is a 130-year-old historic property that we’ve owned and managed for the past 43 years. Our campus includes two buildings and award-winning gardens, and it requires daily care, constant attention, and someone who genuinely enjoys maintaining an exceptional environment. Your responsibilities will range from maintaining imppecable grounds, to repairs, to building new additions to the Club, to coordinating and managing subcontractors, to project tracking and prioritization across departments. Administrator
A family-owned business with a 45-year stellar local history is supported by a dedicated team of roughly one dozen who share in the view of our higher cause & mission.
A key member of this team is a professional Administrator. The previous incumbent recently retired after 18 years of dedicated service, and the one before him after nine years. The average tenure of our kitchen staff is ten years. We are completing a generational control transition and a significant technological upgrade to automate our accounting and control systems. We work with an team of bookkeepers and a CFO so while this is not an accounting based role, the right candidate understands the language of accounting and acts as a bridge between the executive team and other key financial and non-financial areas of the business.

We are searching for a high-functioning, detail oriented candidate to help us expand our Hospitality Team. The ideal candidate enjoys the hustle and bustle of the ‘Restaurant Biz,’ but not the burn out culture, inconsistency of pay, schedule conflicts, etc.
