The ideal candidate for this job is organized by nature, curious to learn, tech-savvy, and has a minimum of ten years of experience working for himself as a handyman, or has worked as a maintenance hand in a hotel, machine shop, or something alike. Cleaner

Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, the Highland | City Club is a private social and business community with hundreds of members and growing. We are constantly integrating new technologies and improving the grounds. Additionally we care for and maintain a 130 year old building and have a rigorous and detail driven approach to cleaning and hospitality.

The ideal candidate for this position loves to clean!!! At a core level, this person needs to actually enjoy the art of cleaning a beautiful environment and bringing a core piece of the excellence of our experience to the table. This person also understands the difference between average and excellence when it comes to efficiency and ability to operate at a very fine level of detail. This candidate is efficient and detail oriented possessing the ability to follow granular instruction and learn based on feedback. The ideal candidate sees their role as imperative to the larger success of the organization and hospitality effort.

This position requires a diligent work ethic, an ability to be on time and consistent, and the willingness to learn our communication and management tools (Slack & Email). This is a Full Time position requiring 30-34 hours per week. This person is responsible for keeping both the Club and our two Townhomes in tip top shape.
