We’re hiring a Facilities Manager — but to be clear, this is a hands-on, get-it-done role. You’ll be the primary owner of our facilities department, functioning as a team of one (for now), with plans to expand over time. If you’re the kind of person who likes to move fast, stay organized, fix problems before they become problems, and take pride in keeping a beautiful space operating at a high standard, this might be the perfect position for you.
Highland is a 130-year-old historic property that we’ve owned and managed for the past 43 years. Our campus includes two buildings and award-winning gardens, and it requires daily care, constant attention, and someone who genuinely enjoys maintaining an exceptional environment. Your responsibilities will range from maintaining imppecable grounds, to repairs, to building new additions to the Club, to coordinating and managing subcontractors, to project tracking and prioritization across departments.
