Andy Manz

Originally from Kansas City, Andy and his wife Katie moved to Boulder in 2012. In February 2013, they launched Boulder Lifestyle Magazine followed by Cherry Creek Lifestyle in 2015. Their newest endeavor, Sweep Balayage Bar, a salon on Pearl St., opened in 2019, and they look forward to launching a second Sweep location in Cherry Creek later this summer.

Andy sits on the board of Future Arts Foundation and Flatirons Academy where their four children attend school. In the past, Andy has used Highland gardens to host numerous large and wild Kentucky Derby and Grapes & Grass events. An avid music lover, musician, and snowboarder, if you hear the Grateful Dead or Phish being blasted from the H | C parking lot, it is likely coming from Andy's truck!
