Pamela Stewart
Pamela originally hails from North Carolina, but she found her way West in the early 1980s and never looked back. A cowgirl at heart, Pam has had the incredibly good fortune and privilege of an abundant life, a mix of great joys and deep sorrows, including the recent loss of her husband Bill.
Pam started her own PR business in 1986 and has since maintained professional independence. She spent 12 years on the West Coast, mostly in the LA and the South Bay area, discovered Boulder in the late 80s, and moved here permanently in 1992. Pam and Bill, both longtime City Club members, moved to Durango in 2011, but she recently made her way back to a full time home in the People's Republic. Pam thrives on spending many hours in the great Colorado outdoors, and cherishes her time with good friends and working in her garden.
Pam has knocked off some significant athletic endeavors including six-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher, five in Hawaii, and 7th Woman Overall at Ironman Canada in 1991. She has completed multiple self-supported 100-mile-a-day bike tours on almost every paved road in Colorado, as well as California, Canada, Italy and France. Pam is also an accomplished ski mountaineer with several Alps summits over 15K altitude.
