Passionate about the uniqueness of individuals and striving to help people connect with the work they are made for, Charles loves serving others by building his primary company, Agile Partnering, a back office service and cash funding provider for staffing firms. In addition, he has an on the side project; a software startup called Matchstik.

The newest addition to the Highland | City Club team, Adriana will be working at the Concierge Desk with a smile on her face and an eagerness to assist in any way she can. Adriana was born and raised all over the golden state of California while studying acting, playing the violin, and practicing yoga.
Douglas Gardner grew up in Wellesley Ma. and had the urge to travel from an early age. After graduating from Denison University with a dual degree in Economics and English, he scratched that travel itch by joining the Peace Corps for service in Burkina Faso.
A subsequent masters degree in business, leading to a job in the three-piece suit on Wall Street with the Chase Manhattan Bank did not cut it. Instead, he found his real calling working for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for over 30 years, with assignments around the globe in places like Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Mongolia, Ukraine, as well as New York).
